The serial number printed on your coupon has expired and is incorrect.
Install the software on the computer, and the first time you run it, you will be prompted to activate the software. You will be given a link to the activation page. Follow the link and fill in the form, including your serial number to activate your free copy of RescuePRO® software. Click here for a step-by-step guide to activation.
Note: OSX 10.8+ Users – Users must change their system security settings as this software requires direct hardware access. Go to System Preferences>>Security & Privacy>>(General Tab) Allow applications downloaded from: “Anywhere”.
If the computer you are installing on is not connected to the internet, you can email your activation request number to RescuePRO® Support, and we can provide an Activation Code for you.
