When you launch RescuePRO® for the first time, you will be prompted to enter your license key/serial number and activate your software. If you have any trouble with this process, please Click here for a step-by-step guide to activation.

Note: If RescuePRO® cannot recover your data, please contact us using the “Ask LC Technology” button below and one of our data recovery technicians will be glad to assist.

We also offer full manual recovery services in our data recovery labs. In our labs, our technicians can retrieve any kind of data that was lost, even if the device itself is no longer functional or if it has been physically damaged.   • Minimum of 2GB RAM
  • Minimum of free hard disk space twice as large as the media you wish to recover
  • You may also need a card reader for your media if the camera is not supported as a removable disk device
